House in the city center, 5-minute walk to the train station

Cozy and warm interior, the house offers large spaces. Fiber connection throughout the property. House very close to the train station, the Burgundy Canal and the city center. We love plants and it shows, they invade our interior in the fall and winter (not in the bedrooms) and brighten the exteriors in the summer. The space Rather atypical house where the living is good! Ideally located between Auxerre and Joigny, all the small shops are within walking distance. AFPA training center right next door. SNCF train station 5-minute walk via the footbridge. But also pharmacy, banks, U express, Le Prisme cinema, the Burgundy canal but also the excellent Mitigana restaurant, and others: pizzeria, kebab etc. 5 minutes walk at most. A little further, still on foot or by car: E. Leclerc, massage institute... A small outdoor space is provided for you and you also have a barbecue. Guest access The house is large and on 3 levels. The ground floor is for you with equipped kitchen, dining/living room (equipped with a TV) and a toilet. The floor, also for you, with a bedroom and a bathroom (shower and sink) The bedroom is equipped with a TV. All these rooms are private and only for the guest(s). Independent entrance via the veranda. We occupy the lower part of the house. Free WiFi throughout the property (fiber). A secure key box is installed under the veranda to allow self check-in. Other things to note Terroir region, don't hesitate to come and discover Burgundy and Yonne!
