Welcome to one of our 2 gites "Les gites de la ferme des enclos"! In the middle of the village of Lampaul-Guimiliau, old farmhouse completely renovated. A break in Finistère, between land and sea, it's up to you! The space "Le Logis", consists on the ground floor: a large room space, kitchen, living room, a bathroom with shower and double vanity + separate toilet. On the 2nd floor, a second toilet + sink as well as 3 sleeping areas each with 1 double bed. The 2nd floor will delight the youngest with its 3-bed dormitory and various games. Outside, garden furniture, barbecue. In the heart of the country of parish enclosures, a highlight of Finistere, Morlaix beautiful city with its incredible viaduct. Bakery, tobacco bar, creperie, florist, hairdresser, post office etc... everything on foot. Les Gites de la Ferme des Enclos offers you to put your suitcases in this charming house that was once a "Le Logis" of a farm in the heart of the village. The accommodation is classified 4 stars for 6 people but it can accommodate up to 9 people. Beyond 5 people, an extra 15 euros/person/night is requested. Note that a double room is in a row with another sleeping space containing a double bed either 2 independent and closed double bedrooms and a 3rd in a row and only closed by a blackout curtain. The top floor dorm area is equipped with 3 single beds. Otherwise, you can bring your own bedding (duvets/sleeping bags are not allowed for obvious hygiene reasons). • Toilet linen Not provided, but available for 5 euros per person if desired. Alternatively you can bring your own linens. So everyone controls their budget! In winter, the house is heated with a pellet stove. We provide 1 bag of pellets per night. The house is well insulated, for normal use, 1 bag per day is more than enough. Accommodation equipped with wifi via fiber optics.
