CasaMian is a charming townhouse, carefully renovated with respect for the house's history. The house is spread over three floors with a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a sofa bed and balcony, and a beautiful bedroom on the top floor with French balconies and fantastic views of the Ligurian hills. Please visit CasaMianApricale The space In the village's alleys, close to the piazza with all the bustle. 20 minutes from the Italian Riviera and 20 minutes from the Friday market in Ventimiglia. During the colder months of the year, you get nice warmth through the house's newly installed air heat pump, which also provides the opportunity for air conditioning in the summer. Note: The house and the village are not accessible for people with disabilities! Guest access You have access to the entire house. In the kitchen, there is a washing machine, dryer, Nespresso machine, regular coffee maker, hand blender and other equipment that may be needed during the stay. You can of course use the dry groceries, spices, oils and other basic items that are in the kitchen. If something runs out during your stay, we would appreciate it if you could replace it so that the next guest also has the same access. The air-source heat pump provides the possibility of A/C during hot summer days and pleasant warmth during the colder period of the year. Please note that Nespresso capsules are not available for purchase in the village. So please feel free to bring your favorite capsules. Sometimes there are capsules left over from previous guests, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that there will always be some. Other things to note Apricale is a car-free medieval village. Parking is available down in the village, and from there you walk about 5-10 minutes up to the house on cobblestone streets and stairs. We therefore recommend that you bring lighter luggage. ❤️ Please note that the skylight in the bedroom cannot yet be blacked out.
