Apricale, townhouse in the center of Italy's most charming town

Welcome to my charming townhouse located in the middle of the 13th-century village of Apricale, 2 minutes from the village Piazza. The house is built on a hill. Three floors with kitchen at the bottom, living room on the middle floor with sofa bed and exit to balcony, at the top beautiful bedroom with wonderful view from French balconies. During the colder months of the year, you get nice warmth through the house's newly installed air heat pump, which also provides the opportunity for air conditioning in the summer. Guest access Access to the whole house. All dry spices, seasonings, oil, etc. can be used freely, but when something runs out, we would be grateful if you buy new so that the next guest has the same access. The kitchen has a washing machine, dryer, Nespresso coffee maker, regular coffee maker, hand blender, etc. Air heat pump is in place with the possibility of getting AC on hot summer days and heat during the colder period. Feel free to bring Nespresso capsules as they are not available for purchase in the village and for that reason are not always replenished by our guests.
