Bass Cottage is a beautiful,comfortable,contemporary seaside home, 50 yards from the sea, on the SW coastal path. It sleeps 6 ( 2 doubles ( one with SK bed, the other with K size bed) and a twin. Widemouth bay is 3 miles from Bude and is a renowned surfers beach, with sand and pebbles. Summerleaze beach at Bude has been listed as one of the best UK beaches in 2026 by The Times . All beaches are safe for children. Good restaurants nearby. Beautiful coastal walks. The space The ground floor is open plan with a comfortable seating area, dining table and kitchen. Smart TV and Amazon Alexa (!) is provided. The floor is solid wood. Underfloor heating. Log burner. The kitchen is well equipped. All white goods are contemporary. ( Fridge freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven, washing machine , kettle, toaster) There is a dining table and 6 dining chairs Guest access Guests have use of the entire house and private decking area. The decking area has a dining table and BBQ. Guests can use a shared lawn area . The area is shared between 8 houses. Other things to note The 2 allocated complimentary , off road parking spaces are right outside the house . There is an outside shower available when returning from the beach/surf.
