The space The house has a perfect quiet and sunny location at the end of the street next to the park and only 100 m to the lake and the beach. The garden/park around can be used for games and relaxation. The house has a large west-facing and sunny terrace around the house with two sofas, roof terrace with dining table and barbecue as well as a small south-facing balcony where you can enjoy the morning sun. It is a newer modern home with a high standard, large window surfaces and bright, delicious surfaces that give a bright and "airy" room feeling and an experience of living close to nature. LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN: Open and "airy" living room and kitchen with large dining table and sofa zone. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need. Exit to the roof terrace with dining table and outdoor grill as well as exit to small balcony. Gas fireplace. 3 BEDROOMS: 2 bedrooms with double bed and one where single bed can be turned into a double bed. 2 BATHROOMS: 2 tiled bathrooms with shower/bathtub, wc and sink. One bathroom has an entrance from the master bedroom and has a washing machine. TV ROOM/OFFICE: Stylish TV lounge with sofa bed and office space. Private exit to large sunny terrace and garden. Guest access You will have access to the entire house which is fully furnished with all the equipment you need for a comfortable stay. Everything is in place for a nice "easy living" stay at Fornebu/Snarøya where you can relax and enjoy life. Other things to note We also have kayaks, SUP boards and bicycles that can be rented by appointment. It is also possible to rent a garage space if needed.
