Spacious, self- contained studio loft with kitchen and shower room in lovely Lyme Regis. Private parking and a peaceful retreat with large outdoor patio space. Walk into town or beach via the River Lym walk. Easy access to South West Coast Path( 200 metres). Bus stop nearby to explore the Jurassic coast. Lyme is a hilly town so walking back to the accommodation will be an uphill walk. Easy access to A35 to explore near towns. We leave bread, crumpets- jams/spreads, milk, biscuits for breakfast The space The studio is walking distance to the beaches and pretty town of Lyme Regis. It is situated in a quiet cul-de -sac offering a peaceful retreat after a day at the beach. Private parking on our drive next to the studio loft apartment. MAX 3 ADULT GUESTS. BEDS ARRANGEMENT MAY BE SUITED FOR FAMILIES OF FOUR DEPENDING ON CHILDRENS AGES-PLEASE ENQUIRE. Private patio for guests sole use, gets all day sun. The space The studio has heating, is newly completed/decorated and has a light and spacious feel. In the main room there is a king size bed . Single sofa chair bed. Full size kitchen table. Comfortable sofa. Wall mounted TV. Shower room ensuite. Kitchenette has fridge with freezer compartment. Small hob. Kettle. Toaster and microwave. Tea, coffee ,sugar, milk ,bread , butter and jams/spreads provided for arrival. Basic condiments, salt pepper and oil also provided. The studio has good quality electic heating for cooler temperatures plus a small faux electric woodburner Guest access Parking right outside the apartment on the drive Other things to note Lyme Regis is a hilly town. We are at the top of one of the hills. Therefore when you walk back up from town its an uphill walk approx 15/20 mins long. For guests not used to walking up hills the town bus can drop you a couple of hundred metres from the apartment. For guests travelling by train to Axminster -a bus from Axminster stops near our house meaning no car needed for a break in Lyme.
