The garden has a playhouse, trampoline, annex/studio, birdsong and flowers in a quiet area where you are not bothered by traffic noise. The house is furnished with a bedroom that has a private bathroom/toilet. In addition, there are 3 more rooms, an extra bathroom, a large kitchen-living room with acoustic ceiling, and a large bright living room with a fireplace. The house good southwest facing location provides sun all day and out in the evening. The space The villa has 155 sqm in one level and is tailored to a great family life. Especially the large kitchen-living room and the bright living room with a wood-burning stove invite family and provide ample space for even the big family at holidays and parties. Here is a lovely light incident, which is a consistent factor in the home, and from the living room there is a direct exit to the sunny terrace, so you can easily replace indoor life with nightlife. The rooms are distributed so that there is a separate section with two bedrooms and a bathroom at one end, while the parent department is an extension of the kitchen-living room. We live in the house daily with 4 children, so there are lots of Lego, duplo, dolls, dress-up clothes, teddy bears, dinosaurs, cars, trampoline, playhouse with kitchen stuff and much more. The kids are guaranteed to be entertained for many hours with our new exciting toys. In addition, we have a changing mat, washing machine, dryer, workshop and generally everything you need. You have access to the whole house and can really feel at home in the house. Other things to note Acoustic ceilings are installed throughout the kitchen alum, in the largest playroom/children's room, in the living room and in the entrance hall. We know everyday life with children, and have prioritized a comfortable indoor environment with the highest quality acoustics. In addition, we have Chromecast, Sonos speaker that connects with Airplay, and wifi. We will do everything we can to give you a great stay.
