The Suite Apartment Voltumna is a big open space located in the historical heart of the city of Orvieto, just two hundred meters from its splendid Gothic Cathedral. You will appreciate it for: its location, atmosphere, neighborhood, and indoor and outdoor spaces. The residence is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. A couple of highlights: a private garden to enjoy a glass of wine and a multifunctional shower with a sauna for two people. The space Voltumna, God of Earth and of Etruscans, between "Le Dimore di Borgo Tessile" is the one representing a perfect combination between modern and classic, asserting its personality in the historical-artistic context of Orvieto. The dwelling is the result of a major renovation work, in order to give new life to one of the historic buildings of the town. The building, an old medieval church (dating about to 1200), has been completely adapted to the new requirements, however, maintaining its aesthetic and architectural features. You will remain pleasantly surprised by the enchantment of the wooden beams, the use of strong colors like red Valentino and electric blue, by the sight of one of the unique and rare interior gardens of the old town, the magnificent multifunctional shower for 2 people and not least for its central position; the best way to enjoy an excellent glass of wine and not have to think about anything else. Guest access The access from Via lattanzi, 27 is very smooth, there is a wooden door that will lead you inside the stone driveway of Le Dimore di Borgo Tessile. After a few meters you will find on your left the access door to the property, and after two flights of stairs you'll be within the beautiful dwelling Voltumna. Continuing along the driveway on your right you will find a glass and wrought iron door that will give you access to the beautiful adjoining garden. Other things to note On request you will have access to a private garden to relax and enjoy the myriad of colors given by the vastness of plants, flowers and trees present. Guests will be required to pay the tourist tax in cash at the property.
