Detached Villa offers intimacy of a huge green garden plot of 5000 sq m surrounded by forest. It owns an Eco certification - Eco domus. The facilities bearing this certification have met at least 50 criteria like: social and environmental responsibility, use of eco certified washing and cleaning agents, natural materials, water saving technology, energy saving technology, waste sorting and recycling e.t.c. We support local community by promoting small local producer and experiences as well. The space Villa of 170 m2 can accommodate 6-8 people on two floors. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen open to a terrace and dining area and a spacious living room with fireplace, satellite TV and DVD, small library, and a small winery built in the former water reservoir with the old traditional flooring. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with double beds (one with possibility of tween beds) all with SAT- TV, shower / WC and exit to the terrace. On the ground floor there is also an extra toilet. On the first floor there is a spacious double room with king size bed, a sofa bed, air conditioning, private bathroom with shower / WC and SAT- TV, and a terrace with a whirlpool for 5-6 people and relaxation area . The entire house as well as the surrounding garden of 5000 sq m with swimming pool ( 36 sq m) and natural sunbathing area is at your disposal. The owners live in the city of Rovinj, but it will be pleased to welcome you and to present you the main points of attraction, but also the hidden parts of the magic region Istria - a peninsula surrounded by the Adriatic sea. As we are employees in tourism sector with lots of years of experience with fluent use of several languages, will be happy to advise you, if you wish. The villa is situated on an area of 5000 m2, fenced with a beautiful hand made wall of local stone. The large garden allow you to play football, badminton or volleyball on grass. The villa has also a small garden with lots of aromatic plants, fruit trees like figs, the mirabelle plums, pears, quince and walnuts. It offers ample parking area for 3 cars. The house also has two covered terraces with pergolas, dining table and and interesting stone barbecue pit, areas for relaxation and a large terrace with a whirlpool for 5-6 people with beautiful view and the relaxation area. At last, but not least is a large overflow pool (36 sq m) with a waterfall and natural sunbathing area and small aromatic garden with essential vegetables to enrich your meals. In the house smoking is not allowed, but if you wish you can do it on the wide open spaces or on the terraces. We love pets, as we have a dog named Noah. There is so many open space around the house to make any dog happy ! Guest access The guests are invited to use the entire property which consists of the villa ( 179 m2), bicycles and sports equipment storage 12 m2, overflow swimming pool with a waterfall (36 m2), small bio garden parking for three cars or vehicles, meadows and forests on a total surface of 5.000 m2. Other things to note Villa guests have access to literature, guides, maps that will facilitate the exploration of the destination as well as to free Internet. Great location of the villa allows visits to all the tourist areas of Istria in less half an hour drive.
