The apartment is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached villa, in a residential hilly area ten minutes' walk from the center of Aosta, and is equipped with private parking. It is surrounded by greenery, among flowers and fruit trees, and is perfect for those who love to enjoy summer meals outdoors. It consists of a double bedroom and a single bedroom, (divided by a curtain) a living area and a full kitchen. The bathroom, with shower, is also accessible to disabled people.
