Private Furnished Apartment - Quiet, Safe & More!

This attached private apartment is on the left of the main home with a small and private side yard just for you. The apartment is tastefully furnished as a home away from home. This is a great quiet neighborhood with plenty of privacy! You would have your own parking spaces. The apartment is walking distance from a gas station, Walmart, State Road 60 and several restaurants. The space Our lovely mom lives next door and if you care for meals with her every once in a while, you'd love that time with her. If you don't want any interaction, she will smile and always say, “hello”, but she's good with that also.☺️ Guest access This is a private apartment with all you need, but you would have to wash your car and clothes elsewhere. Brandon has several car washes and laundry mats near by. There are now 2 A/C's at this unit. Please only use one A/C at a time for savings. Other things to note All utilities are included, great wifi, yard maintenance, and even bug extermination that includes our yard being sprayed for mosquitos and all the many Florida bugs that can exist. This being said, we ask that whenever you’re not in the apartment, that you help maintain minimal spending by turning off electronics, including the air and fans. we now have 2 A/C units here. The idea is that while sleeping the room A/C is being used and the Living Room A/C is off. If you are not accustomed to honoring this request and saving on utility costs, please continue your search for a place. We are being super clear of who we'd like to host. We do not provide laundry and you can not wash your cars at the property. There are many laundry and carwashes nearby. The space is perfectly suited for 2 registered guests and only 2. No one is to use this unit if you leave elsewhere for a few days etc. If you and your registered guest aren't in this unit near my mom, no one else is to be using the unit when your not there. We do not allow overnight guests. NO SUBLETTING. The following are safety precautions to prevent fire hazards etc.: -No smoking is permitted inside of the apartment -No open flames, including candles -We do not allow guests to add or remove any furniture to the apartment -We do not allow for the rearranging of furniture -We do not allow holes to be made into walls for any reason -Our space cannot be used as storage for any of your stuff. -Do not tamper with or deactivate fire alarms or fire extinguishers Kindly, Adam, John & Robert (The Son’s)
