The apartment is located in the northwest of Sardinia, in the area of Porto Torres, Sorso, Balai and Sassari. 30 km from Alghero/Aroporto Fertilia, 25 km from Stintino and all the nearby beaches. Olbia Airport/Port and the Costa Smeralda are a 1-hour 20-minute drive away. In an easterly direction you can reach the ancient village of Castel Sardo about 30 minutes by car. A few minutes from the village you can visit the archaeological site of the prehistoric altar of Monte d 'Accoddi. The space The apartment is equipped with a large living room kitchen, with a corner sofa, a TV, a coffee maker and a microwave, and a ceiling ventilation system. Two large bedrooms, one with double bed and bunk bed and one with two single beds. The garden offers a shady relaxation area with tropical plants, hammock, tables with umbrellas and barbecue. It is on the ground floor, with large outdoor dining area and bathroom (outdoor shower closed with hot water, sink, washing machine, worktop). It is located inside a private village, with closed access to non-residents. The area is located inside a pine forest along the oceanic beach with the sea sea sip/Platamona dunes, in the suggestive Gulf of Asinara, reachable from the apartment in 5 minutes by pedestrian paths. The village is bordered by the natural oasis "Platamona Pond" where you can also access a series of hiking and bird watching trails and pedestrian cycle paths along the coastal state road. From the nearby port of Stintino you can hike in the magnificent Asinara National Park, where you can snorkel, and spot cetaceans and wildlife, with excursions inside the island. The beach of Platamona develops from one end where there is a Spanish tower "Abbacurrente" of the 15th century for 12 km in a northeasterly direction and thanks to its wide and long conformation and the winds that lapped it, it represents one of the main sites of surfing, kite surfing and wind surfing in the world. Guest access The apartment, located on the ground floor, is accessed by a pedestrian lighted driveway, and on the back by a parking lot common to other residents.The garden and patio are for the exclusive use of the apartment. The apartment is also livable for disabled people who will have only a small step to overcome in the outdoor patio Other things to note The beach of the village is a long beach not equipped, but within walking distance there are bathing establishments with all the comforts.
