Inside is outside/outside is inside Come and enjoy and relax on a beautiful estate The space Luxury detached holiday home located on our 13 ha estate, conveniently located between Beaune and Autun in Burgundy. Luxury, tranquility, space, Burgundian enjoyment on an ancient estate. The orangery consists of a very spacious living room with open kitchen. Huge windows provide plenty of light and beautiful views of our meadows, forests, river directly behind the house, and the abandoned watermill complex. The luxurious Bulthaup kitchen island is equipped with all comforts including induction cooking, dishwasher, steam oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer comb. While you are cooking, you have plenty of views of the estate . The wood stove in the living area can only be used in the spring and autumn. On the second floor, there are 2 spacious bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom for each bedroom. Also on the upper floor, there are plenty of windows, so you have a beautiful view from the bed over the entire estate of 13 hectares. The bedrooms both have a double bed of 160 x 200 The house is for a maximum of 4 people and not suitable for babies or young children. Outside, there is plenty of garden furniture with a dining table/chairs, deck chairs, a picnic table and a parasol. Outside you can hear the river, the birds and you can fully enjoy all the space in this nice outdoor home Welcome to the estate. The 13-hectare estate in Burgundy is close to the vineyards and the historic cities of Autun and Beaune. The medieval castle is uninhabited, the oldest part dates from 1233. On the estate is the courtyard with the 2 houses (1810), the dovecote. Hidden in the forest is the orangery (holiday home) and the dilapidated watermill complex. The vacation home is for a MAXIMUM of 4 PEOPLE The vacation home is NOT SUITABLE for CHILDREN UNDER 8 YEARS due to safety regulations. Dogs are not allowed INCLUDED IN THE PRICE - Water usage - Hand towels and a bath mat - Bed linen, beds are made - Tea towels and kitchen towels - Toilet paper/garbage bags Guest access We have 2 cats, 2 dogs (a cross between a Dachshund and a deaf Leonberger, 2 Percheron draft horses and 2 Icelandic horses The horses are only ridden by our family We live "a la campagne", in the countryside. Own transportation is a requirement The 2 ha lake is only suitable for fishing (carp and pike) Swimming in the lake is not allowed Other things to note We cannot accept credit cards. Nearby restaurants (3) are in the next village 7 km away at Couches .
