This two bedroom cottage is ideally located in the village of Capel Curig. The space Lloft O.T. holiday cottage has been carefully converted to maintain the original character and appearance of the building. Inside, it has been totally transformed into a well appointed, self catering holiday cottage with comfortable accommodation for up to four. Cosy detached cottage: - all the beddings, towels and a bath mat (please let me know in your booking which bed(s) would you like me to prepare for you) - unlimited WiFi broadband internet - well equipped kitchen: new electric fan oven, ceramic hob with extractor hood, new fridge with freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine - open plan living area: TV with video and DVD player, digital radio, french windows with Juliet balcony, original exposed beams - two bedrooms sleeps up to four people: 1 with double bed and 1 with large bunks - bathroom: wc, washbasin, bathtub, powerful Mira shower - central heating: all electricity and gas included, combi boiler for instant hot water - private garden patio with outdoor furniture - private parking for one car - sorry no pets and no smoking Guest access Access Statement: - The cottage is accessed at first floor level. - From road level there are nine stone steps leading up to a paved patio area. - From the patio area there is a single step up into the entrance hallway. - From the hallway there are two steps up into the main living accommodation. - The cottage accommodation is split over first floor and ground floor levels. - Living accommodation is on the first floor; bedrooms and bathroom are on the ground floor. - There are approx 12 stairs leading to the ground floor. - There is a single parking space at the front of the house. Other things to note We would like to emphasise the following five points: - Please be aware the price includes electricity, heating, cleaning and unlimited internet use. - We're sorry, but smoking and animals are not allowed. - Only 4 people are able to stay in our cottage, but you have full and private use of the building, including one parking space. - It's an "upside-down" cottage with bedrooms on the ground floor and the living area and entrance upstairs.
