Bright, sunny apartment in a renovated old building from 1896 in Bonn's Wilhelminian style district, with supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries and cafés around the corner. In 5 to 10 minutes you can walk to the banks of the Rhine, the city center, university institutes and the main train station. Buses and trams also run in the immediate vicinity towards Bonn city center, the main station, the university and the university clinic (Venusberg). The space The two rooms are connected by a large double door. One has a double bed (1.40 m), a closet and a piano. In the other room there is a small kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, two hotplates and a microwave with baking function. There is a large table with armchairs and chairs, as well as a comfortable sofa. This room has a balcony facing the garden. The two rooms are on the mezzanine floor. The rooms have their own shower room and their own separate toilet. These are half a flight of stairs above the guest rooms and can be reached via the hallway. I live on the upper floors myself. Guest access Guests enter their rooms via a door from the common hallway. Guests do also reach the separate toilet and shower room via the hallway. Other things to note I am happy when my guests feel at home in my house and when their stay is relaxed. If something is missing, we'll get it organized. There are plenty of towels and bed linen or blankets and pillows to choose from. In the basement there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer for shared use and a room for hanging up laundry.
