It's a perfect place to spend holidays due to its location and environment. Here you can find a lot of green area, fruit trees (orange, apple, fique), flowers and see birds competing for the gifts of a fruit garden. It's a lovely place halfway between Lisbon (20Km highway to get in and 25Km to the center) and Ericeira (12m). Good choice for those who want visit capital town and enjoy beach or surf. It is also perfect to take a rest in the green area and visit Mafra, Sintra, Óbidos and much more. The space My house is perfect to offer you a unique experience in the region of Lisbon because, although it’s located in the countryside, with all the calmness and privacy that comes along with it. If you get tired or just want to relax, grab your favorite book or do yoga in our yard. Lisbon is the city you will fall in love immediately due to its architecture, museums, gastronomy, music etc. Ericeira is a well-known surf lovers’ village, with several beaches around it. Due to its perfect location, my house is where your journey to any of these destinations should start. I will be present during my off duty time. I live in the house with my wife and my 2 sons. We are a family that believes and practices interculturality, so we love to talk to people from different cultures, but we respect strictly the privacy of our guests. We just wanted our guests would know and would feel at ease to contact us if they have any questions, or need advice or help. Bedrooms were decorated to accommodate guests but are still very personal and cosy. One bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe to store your clothes. A second bedroom has 2 single beds (a 3rd single bed can be added). A private bathroom (outside both bedrooms) is fitted with a shower and a toilet and is provided with clean sheets and towels. Internet access is available. Having a car is recommended, as the house is not in the center of village. Once you have the car you will be more comfortable and flexible to take full advantage of the enormous potential of our rich region. There is space enough to park in the street and it's free of charge. Smoking inside is not allowed but possible in the large terrace and in the garden. We have a dog and 1 cat. They are lovely and respectful. They live in the large garden and only cats can get inside. Anyway, if this causes discomfort to you, the space of the dog and cats will be limited during your stay. Other things to note Note: From 01-01-2019, the Municipal Tourist Tax came into effect per night and per guest up to 7 nights per stay (except for children under 13). This rate has a value of €1,20 in the low season (01/11 to 30/4) and €2,50 in the high season (01/5 to 31/10). As it is not charged at booking time, it must be paid in cash at the moment of check-in. The owner's obligation is to transfer city TAX to Town Hall.
