The perfect place for family or romantic holidays: crystal blue sea, quiet fine pebble beach with private beach sun awning, 4 sun beds and 3 sun chairs. The villa house is 50 m away from the sea. There is a natural garden in between the beach and the villa, with wild cypresses and juniper. The area is protected natura. Next to the house, in the garden, there is a shower with cold and hot water and barbeque zone with big grill and wood oven with firewood (available). There our guests will also find a sink with cold and hot water and all the utensils (plates, glasses, forks, knives, etc) at the cupboard next to the oven, dining table and 10 chairs. Everything there is ready for outdoor dinner or merry evening party! The house has a big sitting room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious veranda facing the sea, all rooms have balconies. Two of the bedrooms are at the first floor – a double bed bedroom with a baby cot and a bedroom with two single beds. The third double bed bedroom is at the second floor. A traditional Greek sofas (big and cozy open sleeping zone for children) is at the second floor, next to the window facing the sea. There are two comfortable sitting areas, one at the first and other at the second floor, with sofas and armchairs. Sitting room and bedrooms are air-conditioned. The villa provides satellite TV, internet, telephone, washing machine, ironing facilities, fully equipped kitchen - dishwasher, fridge with freezer, electric stove with oven, coffee machine. Our guests can use private parking at the villa. Cleaning of the house is upon request and linen change once a week (free of charge). We are ready to assist in renting a car. Important: A government environmental tax 15 euros per night is obligatory and is collected by the host on check-in. Breakage guarantee 200 euros is collected by the owner on check-in and will be refunded in full on check-out if no damage done. The villa is just 4 km away from the charming Gennadi village with its old traditional houses, narrow streets with taverns offering traditional Rhodian food. There is a supermarket offering meat and poultry, drinks, cheese, cold cuts and household goods at very good prices, a grocery shop and a bakery at the central square of the village. There is also a Church, a pharmacy and the Medical First Aid Station. Our guests can also visit Lahania village, a picturesque place 5 km away from the villa, Prassonissi cape is an ideal place for surfers... Kiotari tourist centre (shopping centre, restaurants, bars) is 10 km away from the Villa. Our guests can go Rhodes town (the capital of the island), Lindos, Pefki, Lardos, by regular bus from Gennadi. Other things to note All living rooms have air conditioning. The villa has wireless internet, satellite TV, washing machine, laundry facilities, ironing facilities. We have provided a baby cot for the youngest guests. The villa has a parking space for 4 cars.
