Spacious bedroom / renovated house

This is a private room on the first floor, renovated and cozy. It has a 160 bed, a small desk: comfortable, you will feel at home. The room is quiet and bright, Wi-Fi is available for your use. The shower room, and toilet, also renovated are on the first floor and are reserved for guests. You will have access to the dining room, fully equipped kitchen and our lovely garden. The space Our house is in a charming village close to Is-sur-Tille (restaurants, bars, shops...), Til-Chatel, and 25 kilometers from Dijon. Recently renovated, the decor is designer and vintage. Very spacious, this allows guests to be totally independent. Access to the kitchen allows you to cook your meals thanks to the oven, stove, microwave and other everyday utensils. A place in the fridge is reserved for you, the coffee machine is at your disposal, and don't panic: you have access to the dishwasher! The dining room is very spacious and allows you to enjoy your meals in peace. In winter you can enjoy our fireplace and in summer you can rest under our cherry tree. The TER station is just a 5-minute walk, it serves Dijon Ville and Dijon Porte Neuve stations in 20 minutes. If you are by car: parking is free and right next to the house. We hope to welcome you soon! Guest access The bedroom, shower room and toilet are on the first floor. On the ground floor you will have access to the kitchen, dining room. Guests can enjoy the garden in summer or the fireplace in winter. Other things to note I can offer you a classic breakfast (juice, coffee or tea, bread, butter and jam) at your request and for an additional cost (€5/person).
