This old farmhouse from 1770 has been entirely renovated with organic materials and in full respect of the classic Tuscan style. The woods near the house, the scent of aromatic herbs and the orchard, together with the typical chestnut furniture, the Tuscan terracotta floors and the stone walls, create a combination of colors, smells and a feeling of peace that makes the stay unique for a sense of peace and relaxation... a real sensory panacea The space This beautiful old house has been completely renovated with organic materials and is in the middle of a farm that produces organic fruit and vegetables, a few kilometers from the house and of course visitable, we also breed the beautiful Turkmen Akhal-Tekè horses. The house is surrounded by chestnut woods, orchards and herbs that create a magical atmosphere. The house is spread across three levels. On the first and second floors, there are two identical apartments consisting of: a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room, a double bedroom and a triple bedroom (three single beds). The ground floor, which represents the common area, consists of a large living room (where we find a double sofa bed), a professional kitchen for dinners and events, a bathroom and a technical room where the Sauna is located. Outside the house, there is a beautiful wooden patio where you can dine "al Fresco" and enjoy a splendid sunrise or a spectacular sunset, connected by a wooden walkway we also find a pergola of purple and white wisteria, also from here our guests can enjoy a breathtaking view, this space is ideal for meditation or practicing Yoga. In addition, the house is equipped with a SAUNA (4 seats) and a spectacular panoramic HYDROMASSAGE SPA (also open during the winter!!!). WE ARE ALWAYS READY TO RECOMMEND PROFESSIONALS (MASSAGES-DINNERS-TREKKING...) WHO CAN OFFER UNIQUE EXPERIENCES. The house also offers the possibility of total WELL-BEING and RELAXATION within Nature. La Casa di Nonno Mario is located within a suggestive natural path, it is in fact possible to start directly from our house to get directly to the top of the Pizzorne Mountains (900/1000mt) along a safe mountain road suitable for mountain biking or hiking.
