The 60 sqm apartment, completed in early 2020, is located on the 1st floor of a wooden house directly on Molkereistraße at the exit of Fischerhude. The Hamburg-Bremen cycle path leads past the house and it is only 10 km by bike to Bremen through the Wümmeniederung nature reserve. Bicycles can be rented in the village and there is a lockable shed for storage. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower. The space The apartment has a balcony with afternoon sun. From here you have a beautiful view of the garden and across the Molkereistraße with tall oaks and the Wümmewiesen. Smoking is allowed on the balcony, but please not in the apartment. I would like the usual quiet hours to be observed. However, the house has good sound insulation, so you don't have to restrict yourself too much. In the living room, there is a large sofa bed (1.40 m wide) as an additional sleeping option. Guest access The apartment comprises the entire upper floor of an eco-house completed in 2015. The entrance hall of the house is shared.
