Real studio located in the courtyard of our house (shared access between the studio and our accommodation), a bedroom, a shower room and a kitchenette area are at your disposal. Ideal for work-study or professional students wishing to rent by the week, in a peaceful place with all the services within walking distance. We look forward to welcoming you soon! The space The studio we offer is located in the courtyard of our house, guests will find independence, calm and comfort. Inside you will find TV + box, home cinema, sink, cooking hobs, fridge, cooking utensils. There is also a shower room (shower + sink) with WC. Guest access We agree on an appointment for the handover of the keys and the presentation of the premises, flexible hours on weekends, or after 6 p.m. for weekday arrivals. Small clarification, to access the studio you have to cross our accommodation (a hallway and the courtyard). Parking is free right in front of the house between 7pm and 9am. Free all-day seating in adjacent streets (between 50 and 100 meters from the house) During your stay Possibility to give advice on the city, places to have a drink, enjoy a good restaurant, do a cultural tour, or places to do sports!
