The space Apartment with living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom, and 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms and one bedroom with a double bed. Total capacity for 6 people. The bedrooms are spacious and all have wardrobes to store clothes, suitcases, etc. The kitchen is quite large and equipped with all the usual appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker). Full bathroom with bathtub and bidet. Other things to note TOURIST TAX There is a Tourist Tax from the Generalitat de Catalunya that cannot be managed through the platform and must be paid separately (just like in hotels) right at the arrival. The Tax is only paid by those over 16 years old; it's a fee per day of stay with a maximum of 7 days of payment. It is calculated based on the total stay for those over 16 once the identity documentation (DNI, Passport) of all apartment occupants is submitted. ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT The house is located in the town center, next to Plaça de Sant Feliu. To access the square by car, you must pass through a narrow little tunnel from the main road. Normal-sized cars or vans can go through the tunnel, but it must be done with care. PARKING: There is a public and free parking area near the town center next to the river. VILLAGE SUMMER FESTIVAL If your stay coincides with dates around the village's Festa Major in August, bear in mind that given the central location of the house, there is more influx of people and therefore more noise than usual in the evenings and nights; it's the typical mountain village that has more life and movement in the summer and especially during the August holidays.
