Scandinavian Villa ‘De Schoonhorst’ + wellness

Our luxurious Scandinavian summerhouse "De Schoonhorst" has a spacious garden (800m2), is situated at the shore of Lake Veere and close to a nice beach. The island has no highways or trains. If you need a break from busy working life, or are looking for quality time with your friends or family this is the perfect place. Space and privacy guaranteed! The space The stylish Swedish wooden summerhouse is newly built and decorated in 2017. The house has four bedrooms: two with double beds; one with two single beds; one with a bunk bed and a underbed; there is also a sleeping couch for two people; all beds have new hotel quality mattresses. There are two bathrooms with rainshowers; three toilets, one in each bathroom and a separate guests toilet; fully outfitted spacious kitchen with Smegg oven, dishwasher and quooker; two livingrooms with flatscreen TV's; one diner with large 2,5m dining table good for dinner with 10/12 people; a study with desk to work; laundry room; central heating with floor-heating; fireplace (Nordic Fire): free use of wi-fi and Netflix. The fenced garden has several terraces, outside fireplace, relaxing hammock, outside lounge and two dining areas, a nice green grass lawn. For kids we have trampoline that is always a great success. They love it! We also have a Swedish hot-tub in the garden, and Finnish wooden sauna, which the guests may use. We will provide instructions upon check-in. In the garage is an extra fridge. The parkway has space for three cars. In the area are tons of things to do: hiking, biking, sailing, boating, wake-boarding, sea-fishing, surfing, kite-surfing, etc. Guest access Our guests can access all spaces of the house. Other things to note Bed and bath linnen is not included in the rent. At the request of the guests hotelservice can be booked for an extra cost of 15 Euro per person. The guest will receive bed and bath linnen via the cleaning company. It will be in the house upon check-in. Please let me know three days before check-in and I will organize this. For hygiene reasons there are no spices and other cooking materials in the kitchen. In the garage is a large plastic crate with all our cooking material. Our guest may use it as if it is their own. But when you check-out, please put everything back in the crate and put it back in the garage, because the cleaning will throw everything that is left behind in the garbage. If you like bird-watching, take the canoe on the lake just before sunrise. You will see so many goose, ducks, fish-eagles and many other birds, you will be amazed.
