Kalufa Surf House is an independent villa with swimming pool, garden, outdoor living area and barbecue area. Internally it has a fully equipped kitchen for common use and a large internal living room area with free wifi, books, sofas and armchairs. The 4 private double rooms with shared bathrooms and a private double room with private bathroom are equipped with towels and sheets for the entire stay. Context of rural area just a few minutes drive from the ocean !! The space The accommodation is a private bedroom with a large double bed, big wardrobe and television. Shared bathroom. Daily cleaning, sheets and towels for a comfortable stay. Guest access Guests have access to the use of the fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook in a friendly atmosphere. Living area with sofas, armchairs, books and free wifi access. Large garage to secure sports equipment. Use of swimming pool and garden, solarium with sun beds. During your stay The owners respect the privacy of their guests and are available at any time of the day from 10am to 8pm Other things to note There are two cats in the structure so we do not recommend staying with us for guests who have allergies. Check-in from 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm . It's important to communicate the arrival time to the structure in order to register and hand over the keys. A € 20 security deposit is required for the keys, which will be returned on the day of departure or retained in case of loss of the keys. The swimming pool is unattended. The property accommodates people over 18 years old.
