The space The apartment is located in the Cilento National Park, in a peaceful and relaxing setting surrounded by olive trees in the Cilento countryside. Renovated in 2021 using local stone, it offers hot/cold air conditioning, heating, TV, Wi-Fi, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and kitchenware for 4 guests. Outdoor spaces include a covered patio next to the kitchen, a panoramic garden with centuries-old oaks, and a hydromassage pool. The view stretches across the Gulf of Salerno, the Amalfi Coast, and Capri. The town of Santa Maria and its beaches are about 2.5 km away, while the medieval village of Castellabate, one of Italy’s most beautiful, is just 2 km from the property. Guest access The access road to the villa and apartment is paved and ends directly in front of the house. A reserved and fenced parking space is available. The apartment is part of a larger villa, and the fenced garden may be shared with the owners if they are present. Check-in is carried out personally by Angela (phone number provided in the template). She will meet you at the designated meeting point: when you are near Agropoli (about 20 km from San Marco), you can inform her of your arrival time at the IP gas station, and she will escort you to the house. Other things to note > Electricity consumption: €0.50/kWh. Usage will be checked at check-in and check-out. The amount will be requested via Airbnb after departure. > Bed linen and towels: included in the price. For changes during the stay, the cost is €15 per person. > Late check-in: arrivals after 8:00 PM incur a €20 fee. > Pets: only one pet is allowed per stay, with a €35 cleaning fee. > Tourist tax: €1 per person per night. > Hydromassage pool: available from June 1 to October 30, from 9 AM to 7 PM, weather permitting: €8/day for 5–8 guests, €5/day for up to 4 guests.
