We wanted to preserve the stone and wood in our newly restored gîte, while integrating the modern and functional furniture of our time. Our house is in the center of the village in a small, preserved alley, quiet where children can flourish because cars do not come. We live right next door, which allows us to have a special relationship with our guests. The space Our house has been completely renovated: It is located on 3 levels: the ground floor with a large living room with the living room, the fireplace and its stove, the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven...) electric heating by heating ceiling. The 1st floor is divided into 2 bedrooms (one 140 cm bed and one 120 cm bed) with separate bathroom and toilet, latest generation electric heating on the floors. The 2nd floor is a large room that can accommodate 4 people (a 140 cm bed and a 160 cm sofa bed for 1 or 2 people). Bathroom and toilet also for this floor. The special feature of our house: two couples with children can easily come without disturbing each other... For teleworkers, we have recently installed high-speed fiber and a small office corner in the main room. Guest access In addition, you can enjoy the relaxation area of our barn (+110 board games, library...) together with our other guests. Also available for those 16 years and older, by appointment and for an additional fee, our wellness area with balneotherapy, sauna, and hydromassage bed. Other things to note Electricity consumption included per week: 200 kW from October to April and 100 kW from May to September. Surcharge of €0.20/kW. Statement on arrival and departure. Includes 2 large packs of logs/week for stove consumption.
