DAS ALPIENTE – Since January 2017, we have been renting a very stylish, 100 sqm ground floor apartment in our vacation home in Sonthofen/Binswangen in the Allgäu. An atmosphere to feel good – the special ambience in the Alps. Traditional elements are integrated into a modern design language, natural materials create coziness, and the high-quality furnishings give you the good feeling of being "at home." The space The Alpiente vacation home is located in the small village of Binswangen on the eastern outskirts of the Alpine town of Sonthofen in the beautiful Upper Allgäu. Here you have a view of the magnificent Hindelanger mountain landscape and the sound of the Ostrach in your ear. The vacation home consists of two apartments (first floor & top floor). These can be rented individually or together as a whole vacation home. The entire vacation home (190 square meters) thus offers an optimal opportunity for a joint vacation with friends or family, while still leaving enough retreat options for everyone. FRANZ, our first-floor apartment, offers over 90 square meters of space to live and feel good. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for any cooking skills – even for up to 8 people when renting the entire house. The two bathrooms (1 full bathroom with bathtub + 1 shower room) complete the great comfort. In summer, you can barbecue on the adjoining terrace and sunbathe and play in the spacious garden. + Free WiFi + Flat-screen TV + Electric fireplace with fire effect and radiant heat + Fully equipped kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine (whole beans) + High-quality bathroom amenities with Raindance shower head, Bathtub and "Geberit Aquaclean" toilet attachment + Individual carpentry work + harmonious, atmospheric lighting + Natural materials such as real oak wood parquet, felt, natural stone, cotton + Box-spring beds (180 x 200 cm) with down comforters + Family-friendly, quiet, sunny residential area Optionally, a high-quality extra bed (80 × 200 cm) can be booked, thus creating space for up to 5 people. A crib with bed linen and a high chair can also be provided on request for a one-time fee of 15.00 euros. Drinks such as water, fruit juices, Radler and beer are available in the apartment for a fee. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance with intercom. A single garage is available to the guests. A basement compartment offers additional space and is ideal as a bicycle or ski room. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also available for a small fee. Other things to note A tourist tax of €3.50 per person from the 16th birthday or 2.25 per person from the 6th birthday/per night is levied by the municipality and is also due upon arrival. The Allgäu Walser Pass is available during your stay, which allows you many discounts here in the region. In addition, you can use the public bus in the Allgäu-Green area as well as in the wider area free of charge. During the Christmas holidays, carnival, Easter and Pentecost holidays, as well as in the holiday months of July and August until about mid-September, we have a minimum stay of 7 nights - shorter stays and weekend bookings from Friday to Sunday are available on request.
