Book your stay and experience the serenity of sea-meets-mountains living in beautiful Andalucia. The space During winter months the space is used as a working artists studio. Studio is equipped with a king sized bed, air conditioning, smart TV, WiFi, wardrobes, drawers, dining table and chairs, en-suite ‘wet room’ style shower & wc. Kitchen has small fridge/freezer, two electric hobs and microwave, washer/dryer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker. Two large panoramic windows with wooden shutter and blinds, look out onto Mojacar Playa and the Mediterranean coastline up to Cartagena. Outside terrace is equipped with barbecue, table and chairs, bench, steps leading to lower terraces planted with fruit trees. Parking outside studio. Nearby swimming pool and tennis court for sole use of residents/guests. Excellent gastronomic restaurant and bar with 5 minutes walking distance plus a charming rustic tapas bar. Please note during months July/August/September local authorities place a ban upon barbecues due to risk of fire. Guest access The studio is a complete space with its own outside terrace and parking. Other things to note The studio has a small ‘wet’ room - an open shower layout (photo) which is tiled from floor to ceiling. - Wet rooms are dedicated showering spaces with its own drainage system to prevent waterlogging, - Wet rooms integrate seamlessly with WC and wash basin unlike shower cubicles. The location of La Parata has a connecting road adjacent to beach road. This is essential during summer months as the traffic can be extremely heavy. This road is also an easy access to the Pueblo.
