The bright 3-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in the Petershausen district. The building is integrated into a park-like complex. The apartment has two separate bedrooms each with a queen size bed, a living room with a large dining table and a fully equipped fitted kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a real glass shower cubicle as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer combination with coin-operated machines. Bookable for up to 4 people. The space Our very centrally located apartment is about 2000 m from the old town of Konstanz with the historic cathedral and only 3000 m from the Swiss border. A bus stop is very close. From there you can comfortably reach the city of Konstanz as well as the main train station. The city center, as well as the marina, are also within a 10-15 minute walk. From our apartment you can start day trips to the flower island Mainau as well as to the historic Meersburg, the world heritage Reichenau or other destinations in the four-country region of Lake Constance. The nearest bicycle rental station of the bicycle rental system Konrad of the Stadtwerke Konstanz is located at Zähringerplatz and is only 500 m from us. A 50 Mbit Internet access as well as two televisions are part of our standard. Linens and towels are of course provided. Restaurants, bakery and grocery stores are also within walking distance. Free public parking is available in the immediate vicinity. Guest access Bicycles can be parked directly in front of the property as well as in the bicycle cellar. There is no elevator! We will announce the code immediately upon receipt of your guest information for the guest cards. From 04/01/2023, the tourism and climate protection tax replaces the visitor's tax. The amount of the tourism and climate protection tax is 5.6% of the booking price. Upon arrival, you will receive the BODENSEECARD WEST from us! With the BODENSEECARD WEST as a free ticket, vacationers can reach their destination more relaxed. The car can simply be left parked during the holidays. The BODENSEECARD WEST is given to all overnight guests in the 10 participating locations at check-in. It serves as a free ticket in the district of Konstanz (including Stein am Rhein and Überlingen). It also offers a 20 percent discount on Untersee-Schifffahrt, reduced admission to museums and low rental fees for bicycles or boats. To register the guests and to create the guest cards, we need the full name, address, date of birth, nationality and ID number of all guests!
