House in the archipelago next to the sea with pool

A modern family friendly house with a big garden and a pool in popular Mörtnäs in the Stockholm archipelago. Its just a 10 min walk to the private or public beach, grocery stores and other shops and 25 min to Stockholm city by bus. This is the perfect place for your summer vacation in the Stockholm area. The harbour from where you take the boats to the smaller islands in the archipelago is not far away. This is a fully equipped modern house, perfect for families and couples. The space A modern architect-designed house with all amenities you could need. The house is built 2014, it's 165 m2 with a beautiful garden of 1800 m2. On the first floor you'll find a fully equipped modern kitchen (two chairs for kids), dining area and living room with a fire place. You also have a bathroom with shower. There is a bedroom with a sofa bed (for two people), TV and the room functions as a play room for our kids. So toys to play with if you come with younger kids. And finally, the laundry room. The first floor is surrounded by bay windows mostly facing the forrest and a patio with a lounge part and a dining part. On second floor, you'll find 3 rooms, a second living room with a big sofa and TV and the second bathroom. Master bedroom with a king bed, second room with double bed and third one with a bunk bed (bottom bed is a bit wider). Finally, the second bathroom with toilet, shower and a bath tub. We have sun all day long and evening sun on the dining side of the patio. A lovely garden for kids to play in and a big trampoline. Since we are up the hill, we have wind during hot summer days which is cooling down the house. There is also an portable air conditioner to use during extra hot days. From summer 2021 (august) you have also an outside heated pool that you could use between May and end of september/October. Its also possible to borrow bikes and helmets, there are two adult bikes and two kids bikes. Other things to note Pool is opened between june 1st and end of september,
