Our house is located in Fabbiano, a lovely medieval village in the Alpi Apuane Park in North Tuscany. With its car-free streets, traditional stone houses and stunning views, in Fabbiano you will experience an extremely quiet and cosy atmosphere. Sandy beaches, hiking trails, white marble quarries and historical cities such as Pisa or Lucca are all easy to reach from here. The space With 3 bedrooms, a sunny kitchen and a spacious living room, this 2-storey house is perfect for couples, families or groups. There is a bathroom for each floor, both of them with a shower. The kitchen is well equipped with a big fridge, freezer, dishwasher and oven. There is a big dining table in the living room and a nice sofa right next to the fireplace. The terrace upstairs offers a unique view over the valley up to the seaside (see pictures!). You can really enjoy amazing sunsets over the sea from there! Despite the car-free streets, it is possible to reach the house easily as the parking place that serves the whole village is within a walking distance of 1 minute only.
