Quiet apartment with beautiful views in a lovely, well-connected village. Casa Veinte is located in a traditional-style modern building. The perfect base for sightseeing in historic Granada, trips to the beach, exploring the area by bike, or relaxing beside one of several pools! ** Currently only available for stays of 60 nights or more ** The space Sleeps 4-6. The two bedrooms have double beds. The lounge has a small-double sofa-bed. Duvets and pillows are all hypoallergenic. The apartment and balconies are West-facing, and therefore cool during the heat of the day but bathed in the late afternoon sun. A climate control air-conditioning system can cool or heat all rooms and ensure you’ll always be the perfect temperature. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, and a modern electric dual oven/grill with 4 hobs. The bathroom includes a bath and shower. There are also 6 large colourful beach towels and several basic white bathroom towels at the apartment for your use. Guest access Full access to several pools within the small complex (pools are usually only open from June to September), one of which is on the roof of the building which the apartment is in. Access is also granted to the communal gardens in the main urbanisation. There are no parking restrictions or charges for parking in the on-street spaces beside the front door of the building, with further free parking available behind the building. A parking space in the secure underground garage can be arranged for additional cost. Other things to note Price includes a meet & greet service, plus full cleaning of apartment & bedding/towels upon departure.
