Double living room with fireplace and glass wall-window overlooking the dunes, dining area, built-in kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, laundry room. Garden with irrigation system, outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Outdoor parking for 3 cars. The living room, dining room and main bedroom have beautiful sea-views. Two fully-covered patios, one with a sea view and one overlooking the garden, ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner in the open-air. The price standard is for one couple, or a family of two adults with children, for more than 2 adults there is an extra (from 20 euros per days). At home there are many books and personal items because I live there too sometimes, it's not due to lack of trust in you, but a form of protection. •Please tell me if something has broken, I will not keep the deposit for me if there is no serious damage or gross negligence, but I would not like to find out after you left. •You are asked to leave the house clean because the cleaning costs are much more expensive than the 40 euros required considering that the house is very large and it takes a lot to clean it. •It is forbidden to bring the towels of the house at the beach. •I ask you to reduce waste such as leaving the light or heating or the fan on if you are not at home. Do it for me and for the environment. •The TV is new and very good, since there are frequent power surges and some appliances are burned, I ask you to remove the plug when you do not use it and in particular if it is bad weather. •You can use the fireplace in winter and the barbecue in summer provided you clean them without leaving grease, ash and coal. •Animals are welcome if they do not make the needs at home and do not eat the furniture. There is a wooden fence where they can be closed, but since there is a lawn, I beg you to remove the excrement from the garden. No pets allowed to sleep on the beds. If they are used better, do not let them enter the bedroom. On the sofas there is a protective cloth so if the dogs go up there are no problems, just please wash the covers in the washing machine. •Pay attention to the mosquito net of the bedroom window door which is on the garden side because dogs or cats could break it. So either do not let them enter that room or keep the mosquito net up. •Please do not bring the green dining room chairs into the garden because they are design and could be damaged. •DO NOT move the keys of the iron frames from where they are. Each key is near its gate: for example, the living room is on the shelf near the plants, the bedroom one near the garden is on the chest of drawers and the bedroom one of the sea is on the same window shelf.
