The key features of the villa are its exclusive location (no neighbours), and the terraces (over 300 sqm) with lots of outdoor space with private pool, garden and breathtaking views, as well as ample indoor space (over 210 sqm) covered in old stone and natural wood throughout. The villa has three floors. The open-style ground floor with huge kitchen, dining and living room and toilet opens up to the lower, main terrace for dining. Five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and a common room are located on the first and second floors, with access to a large second terrace in the back of the house. There is a a separate cottage/apartment (24 sqm) for two, with own bathroom, TV, and kitchenette that is ideal for a couple, grandparents or nanny. Guest access The villa is rented out as one unit. The villa has all modern amenities - BBQ, centralized air-conditioning/heating with separate units for each room, controlled individually, satellite TV with local and international channels, WIFI high speed internet, games and DVDs. Fully-decked out kitchen – stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and small appliances like blender, sandwich maker, etc, tableware for 18 people. Separate utility building with washer and dryer. Linen and towels provided. Other things to note The house is accessible via stairs, of which there are approximately two hundred. There is an access road that is used to deliver supplies and luggage by the caretaker via 4x4 golf cart. The road leads to the village and to Sunj beach, though the quickest way to the village and the main beach is via the stairs.
