The space Trebiano is a small village in the municipality of Arcola that is located in a strategic position between Lerici (from which boats depart for Portovenere and Cinque Terre) and Sarzana (Station for Cinque Terre, Pisa, Florence), both of which are 5-8 minutes away by car. It is advisable but not essential to have a car: the village is reached by public transport but the schedules are sometimes restrictive, while by car Trebiano is certainly a strategic point to visit the Ligurian east and the north of Tuscany. The stone house consists of a double room + bathroom + kitchen (a single bed can be added on request) arranged on two floors (about 20 square meters each). After parking the car, the cottage, surrounded by greenery, can be reached through a 200-meter cobbled road. The house is surrounded by 3000 square meters of olive groves at the foot of the village of Trebiano, so it enjoys the intimacy of an independent cottage but at the same time the village can be reached in a minute's walk. In the land, structured in typical Ligurian terraces, you can eat outdoors and use the barbecue. The house is simple and finds its value in the landscape and the external habitat that can be enjoyed without filters. The place certainly requires a love for nature that we are sure will be rewarded: you could admire the spectacle of fireflies on summer evenings or, for example, you could pick a lemon from our plant if you are lucky. In addition to the classic locations: Lerici, Cinque Terre, Portovenere, etc. The house is located in an ideal spot for trekking, cycling, trail running on the paths of the Alta Via del Golfo, the Alta Via dei Monti Liguri and all the trails marked by the CAI on which we would be happy to give you information, being lovers and practitioners of these activities.
