It has a large outdoor patio/porch for exclusive use, equipped with a brewery-style table and benches. The area is quiet and full of shade, and bicycles are available for guests (old but working...). In front of the building, you can park for free, and nearby you will find all the essential shops (fruit, vegetables, meat, bread, tobacco, newspapers...). The sea can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Guest access A large outdoor porch/patio is available for exclusive use Other things to note In the area there are many spaces for sports (including golf) and for personal well-being, such as the possibility of healthy walks in the salt reserve or cultural visits in the city easily accessible by public transport. The area is also important for the products of the land, for oil and wine (it is said that local foods make you live 100 years...) and rich in historical and archaeological testimonies. The beaches are equipped with bathing establishments and on the promenade there are restaurants and pizzerias. In summer, there is a medical service and a pharmacy, as well as the post office.
