The space Apartment situated in the Urbanisation Fuentes de Almuñécar, only 3 minutes by car from the beaches of Tesorillo, Velilla and Calabajío and 5 minutes by car from the centre of Almuñécar. It has a large terrace that surrounds the flat, creating two environments, where you can relax and enjoy the good weather that usually accompanies us in one of the loungers listening to music while watching the beautiful views of the old town of Almuñécar and the sea. If you like to get up early, don't miss the opportunity to watch the sunrise and in the evening a beautiful sunset. In this urbanisation you can always find free parking and enjoy the two communal swimming pools (one of them "panoramic" and the other one open 365 days a year) surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and overlooking the Mediterranean. Blessed with one of the best climates in the world, Almuñécar is renowned for being one of the only European destinations that guarantees year-round sunshine. Guest access The residential complex features two communal swimming pools: • The small pool is just a 1-minute walk from the apartment. It is open 364 days a year, from Tuesday to Sunday (closed on Mondays for maintenance). • The panoramic pool is located in the lower area of the Fuentes urbanization and is open from June 15th until mid-September. It is closed on Tuesdays for maintenance. Both pools are surrounded by palm trees and equipped with sun loungers for your enjoyment. Other things to note Dear Guest, • Late arrivals after 21:00 PM are subject to a €10/hour surcharge if we need to wait for you in person. • Baby cot and highchair are available upon request (please note that cot sheets are not provided). • For long-term rentals, feel free to contact us for more information. • During the winter months and for extended stays, electricity consumption is not included in the rental price.
