Country house located in a green setting (5000 m2 not fenced) with magnificent views of the chain of puys, at an altitude of 850 m2. For a quiet stay with family or friends! Near Le Puy en Velay (20 km), many walks are accessible to all. A body of water about ten miles away where you can swim, pedal boat and have lunch in a "guinguette" setting! The space Large family house with 4 bedrooms (including a children's room) a large living room, kitchen and dining area. 2 bathrooms, 1 on the ground floor and one upstairs, 2 toilets. Crib, high chair available as well as bathtub and potty. Terrace and garden furniture (table and chairs, sunbeds), plancha... Games and books are available for young and old. Linens provided, beds will be made upon your arrival. Towels not provided. However, if you wish, I can provide the towels (1 bath towel and 1 small towel per person at the price of 6 euros) The house must be made clean, in the way you found it, the cleaning is done. However, if you do not wish to clean, please contact me for details. Upon arrival, I will ask you for a deposit of 500 euros, which will be returned to you by mail 8 days after your check-out.
