Near Le Puy en Velay (20 km), many walks are accessible to all. Water body about fifteen kilometers away where you can swim, pedal boat and have lunch in a "guinguette" setting! The space Large family house with 4 bedrooms (including a children's bedroom), a large living room, a kitchen and a dining area. 2 bathrooms, 1 on the ground floor and one upstairs, 2 toilets. Cot, highchair available as well as bathtub and potty. Terrace and garden furniture (table and chairs, deckchairs), plancha... Games and books are available for young and old. Sheets provided, beds will be made upon arrival. Towels not provided. However, if you wish, I can provide towels (1 bath towel and 1 small towel per person at a price of 6 euros) The house must be returned clean, in the condition you found it, the cleaning done. However, if you don't want to do the cleaning, contact me for terms. Upon arrival, I will ask you for a deposit of 500 euros, which will be returned to you by mail 8 days after your departure.
