New and luxurious Shepherds hut with hot water, view to the sea and horses to watch. Parking and lots of walks, great area with cafes, pubs close by. Eype beach is 5 mins walk and the host can provide extra catering by arrangement. Private terrace with bbq, table chairs and sun loungers . The space Brass bed looking out to sea, perfect for recharging or being creative or to explore the local area. Right on the Jurassic coast with Eype beach 5 mins walk, you can hear the sea at night in bed. Beautifully decorated to a high standard. Breakfast included of yogurt and fruit croissants or toast or scrambled eggs and bacon., You can pre- book from a list which will be emailed to you. A home made cake on arrival or book a cream tea. Horses very close to watch and talk to. Guest access You enter through the main gate and can park your car then wander up to the hut which has its own gate to the terrace where you have a patio, bbq, seating and can look across the fields and horses to the sea. Other things to note Due to feeding horses am and pm I will be around in the yard in front of the hut but it’s routine and not disturbing.
