A much-loved family beach house right on the dunes of Bekbaai, Paternoster. Bo Sig offers direct beach access, a saltwater swimming pool and the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. The house consists of three separate units, allocated according to your group or family’s needs. Enjoy spacious open-plan living areas and breathtaking views from the upstairs deck. Sleeps up to 10 guests, including children of all ages Pet-friendly – Up to 2 small to medium-sized dogs are welcome. The space Bo Sig consist of 3 separate units: The Main cottage, upstairs The Pool Studio, downstairs The Pool Cottage, downstairs Please note: base rate for 4 people. Persons 5 - 10: extra charge per person Fire places in the lounge of each unit. A complimentary bag of wood is supplied in the upstairs unit. Braai on upstairs deck. DSTV (stay essential package) in the upstairs unit. Salt water swimming pool. Outside shower to rinse off beach sand before enjoying pool. Beach towels provided. Description of units: Please note, the 3 units are not interleading. Each have their own separate entrance. *Main house: 2 bedrooms (Main bedroom: double bed & 1 single bed. 2nd Bedroom: double bed). both rooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers. *Pool studio downstairs: Open-plan space with lounge/kitchen and 2 single beds. Separate bathroom with shower. Opens up onto the pool area *Pool cottage downstairs: 2 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and the 2nd with 2 single beds. A separate bathroom with a shower. A lounge and gully kitchen. Opens up onto the pool area Each unit has its own fully equipped kitchen, lounge area & fireplace. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement only. Maximum 2 small to medium sized dogs. Pet fee of R100 per pet applicable. Pet house rules apply. Guest access according to the amount of people booked: *Up to 5 guests will have access to the upstairs unit of the main house. The 5 guests includes children of all ages. *6 guests will need an additional ad-on in the Studio downstairs. The 6 guests includes children of all ages *8 guests will need an additional ad-on in the Cottage downstairs. The 8 guests includes children of all ages. 10 Guests will give you access to all 3 units. Please note following: *If a group of 5 people need more than the 2 bedrooms upstairs, The Studio downstairs will have to be booked. The group will then be charged for 6 people. *The same applies if the 3rd unit downstairs needs to be added for a smaller group. Group will then be charged for a minimum of 8 guests. Please confirm group size & needs when making an enquiry, as we can then guide you in booking appropriate units that will suit your needs. Guest access During your stay, the property is not shared with any other guests – you will have exclusive use of Bo Sig. However, please note that not all three units may be opened, as they are allocated based on your group size and needs. Unit Allocation Guidelines: 1–5 guests: Access to the upstairs unit only (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) 5–6 guests: Access to the upstairs unit + downstairs Pool Studio 7–10 guests: Access to the entire property, including the downstairs Cottage A surcharge may apply if additional downstairs units are requested for smaller groups. This will be clearly communicated during the enquiry and booking process. Other things to note For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of the following on arrival day (not replenished during your stay): Ground coffee, tea, sugar, small long life milk, 1 coffee pod per person Olive oil, salt & pepper Please Note No air conditioners or fans are provided – please bring your own if you feel it is needed. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, including children of all ages. Strictly no smoking or vaping indoors No parties, loud music, day visitors, or extra overnight guests allowed. Only purchase CRAYFISH in season! Please do not buy seafood from street hawkers who may approach the house. It may not be fresh, and interactions could pose a security risk to you and your belongings.
