In a historic hamlet in the charming village of Veyrier, the location is ideal: - in the sun all day but thick walls that keep it cool - quiet, away from noisy roads - 10 minutes' walk from shops in the center of the village (bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, supermarket...) -10 minutes walking from the beach - at the foot of the hiking departures for Mont Veyrier and close to the bike path -15 minutes by car or bike from Annecy, 35 minutes from Aravis (La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand) Alternate the pleasures of the lake and the mountains: paddleboarding, climbing, water skiing, sailing, canyoning, paragliding, hiking, biking (unmissable cycling lake tour...), mountain biking, via ferrata, golf, acrobranche, tennis, wakesurfing... Or opt for a getaway in Annecy and its old town! Our residence (220m²) is composed of the main house (on 4 floors) with 7 bedrooms + an independent T2 apartment: perfect for 2 or 3 families!
