In a historic hamlet of the charming village of Veyrier, the location is ideal: - in the sun all day but thick walls that keep it cool - quiet, away from noisy roads - 10-minute walk to the shops in the center of the village (bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, supermarket...) - 10-minute walk to the beach - at the foot of the hiking trails for Mont Veyrier and close to the bike path - 15 minutes by car or bike from Annecy, 35 minutes from Aravis (La Clusaz, Grand Bornand) Alternate the pleasures of the lake and the mountain: paddleboarding, climbing, water skiing, sailing, canyoning, paragliding, hiking, bicycles (unmissable tour of the cycling lake...), mountain biking, via ferrata, golf, tree climbing, tennis, wakesurfing... Or opt for a getaway in Annecy and its old town! Our residence (220 m²) is composed of the main house (on 4 floors) with 7 bedrooms + an independent T2 apartment: perfect for 2 or 3 families! In the main house, (completely renovated in 2020 and 2023) you will find: 1st floor: - 1 large equipped kitchen with dining table, overlooking the large terrace - 1 Living room - 1 toilet 2nd floor: - 1 master suite (new high-end bedding 160 x 200) with ensuite bathroom, lake view) - 2 bedrooms with 1 single bed each, - 1 bedroom with a single bed + 1 pull-out bed - 1 toilet - 1 bathroom with bathtub 3rd floor: - 2 large bedrooms in the attic: new high-end bedding (bed 160x200) and 2 beds (80x200), freshly furnished and air-conditioned - 1 bathroom + toilet On the ground floor: -1 entrance (cloakroom, office) - 1 laundry … In the independent apartment (under the terrace): - 1 living room-kitchen -1 bathroom (shower)/toilet -1 bedroom (double bed 140 x 200) (no window) Large terrace (80 m²): large dining table (10 people), barbecue, deckchairs, relaxing armchair, large parasol, ping pong table, darts... Sunny all day (south and west) and beautiful sunset on the lake!
