Stoury Bothy - Relaxed on farm self catering

Charming, quirky and original. A taste of Scottish countryside, but near to all that Central Scotland has to offer. Fresh air guaranteed! Near all main visitor attractions and scenic areas. Loch Lomond, Glasgow, Stirling, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Ayrshire and Perthshire too. Very close to John Muir Way, Antonine Wall, Colzium Estate, Kelvin Valley, Carron Valley. Situated on a working farm with sheep and cattle, our farm was the site of the Battle of Kilsyth in 1645. Spectacular scenery. The space Our wee bothy is cosy and original. It is tastefully decorated and comfy. We have an outside hut for you to sit in and read or drink hot chocolate and watch the world go by. There's a lovely outdoor seating area for barbeques and sunny days. It is a lovely space to be with your friends and family in. Guest access Guests have access to ample parking, this is handy should you wish to invite family or friends to join you, WiFi, garden sun hut and barbeque, side garden, all linen and towels and domestic (laundry tabs etc provided). A lovely welcome pack is given on arrival. Lovely walks on the farm tracks and around the village area. Other things to note There is a pub in the village which is about 8 minutes walk. The pub is due to be refurbished soon and will become a more enhanced establishment with shop/café etc. There are shops at Haggs and Kilsyth.. both about 10 minutes drive away. Please feel free to ask for anything from the farm that you may need. We have most things in the house! Xx
