Den Bosch/Vught- Het Atelier, something special

On the Bosscheweg, right across from Hotel v.d Valk, is our house surrounded by trees and water features. In the garden, the work studio of the former resident has been transformed into a lovely guest house. Architecture according to the Bosscheschool. The hidden cottage is a short bike ride from Den Bosch and, for example, the Regina Coeli language institute. The tranquility, despite the train track nearby, the garden, views of the lake, all this makes this a unique place. The space The surprising cottage has a very nice vibe. The 3 French doors let in beautiful light and let you enjoy all the greenery. Pieter Buys, renowned landscape architect, lived here until recently. From the French doors, you have a view of his pride: the beautiful tree, the Parrotia. The sleeping and living area is separated by sliding doors. There is a lovely double bed 1.80 cm wide. Adjacent to the shower with sink. Shampoo, hand soap and shower gel are provided. The floor is a typical of the Bosch school, a pebble floor. A natural foot massage. We think it's beautiful, but it's not suitable for crawling children, and it's nice to bring slippers. You can sit outside in your own piece of garden overlooking the pond and with a little luck a squirrel in the tree. We do not serve breakfast. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine (cups available), microwave. Also the basic ingredients such as oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, sugar, coffee and tea are provided. It is possible to use our bicycles. Guest access Our garden is private. The space of the garden behind (on the lake side) and next to the cottage (between the Atelier and the coach room) are accessible to our guests. Other things to note Cleaning costs are 35 euros and must be paid in cash. This can be left on the table. Access to our yard is between house numbers 35 and 39, the driveway. You can park the car here. Despite the quiet place, we also live on the property with our teenage son, and you can experience some of this. The coach room is used for clients on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. They can walk by. On Fridays, the gardener is at work.
