Eden - A Luxury Townhouse Paradise

Eden is a fully furnished four-bedroom townhouse tucked away in a tranquil neighborhood of East Legon, Accra. It offers a refreshing solution to modern urban living with its open plan, light interiors and simple architectural design. Whether staying with family or sharing with friends or co-workers, you will love this paradise in a safe, gated community. Akwaaba! The space Eden has a fully equipped kitchen, and a storage room with ironing board and iron. There is WI-FI and cable TV (DSTV) available. The house has its own car port and a private garden for having tea, or just relaxing. It also offers the use of a shared swimming pool and a communal garden for children, 24-hour security, water supply backup and an electricity backup generator. Help yourself to our welcome package of necessities for your first few days. There is a little supermarket right across the street should you run out of anything. We look forward to hosting you. Guest access Check in - between 2pm - 10pm. Check out by 12 noon. However, advance notice will be helpful for a flexible checkout. Other things to note A few tips regarding your stay. Internet Usage Free but limited internet has been provided per month (120 GB). Large files and movies should not be downloaded due to bandwidth limits. Electricity Kindly TURN OFF any appliances or switches when not in use, especially air conditioners and water heaters to conserve energy. Ample electricity has been provided, however, if exhausted due to negligence (leaving appliances on etc.), replenishment will be arranged at guests’ expense at a cost of approximately $50. Security Security personnel at the gate must be given prior notice of any visitors expected. This is to ensure the safety of the entire community. Also, both the front door and back door leading to the garden must be locked when going out. Noise Please be mindful of others in the community, and do not make excessive noise. Cleaning Cleaning of the entire interior of the house can be arranged (usually once or twice a week) at a small fee of $25 per cleaning session. Laundry There is a washing machine in the house. However, if you prefer professional laundry service we can recommend a good one in the neighborhood. Food You will also find in the house, a list of restaurants that do deliveries. Lastly, Alfy's home is her pride and joy so please keep the house clean and tidy. Any damage, loss or breakages must be reported immediately to Alfy and an appropriate fee will be charged accordingly. Thank you for being wonderful guests, enjoy your stay.
