The space You will find a cozy bedroom with a large comfortable bed (1.8 m), a TV (Smart-TV), a dressing room with an ironing board/iron and a spacious 6 sq.m. loggia with panoramic glazing and a view of the city. The kitchen is equipped with a comfortable dining area with a sofa and TV, as well as a washing machine, large fridge, gas stove, oven, electric kettle, all necessary utensils and kitchen utensils. Guests have linen, towels, hair dryer and hygiene products at their disposal. For stays of 5 days or more, a bottle of sparkling wine for a good mood as a gift! Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment, including on the loggia (there is a balcony on the staircase for this) and holding parties. Pets and children under 5 years old are not allowed. Other things to note The minimum stay is 2 days. Check-in after 2pm, check-out before 11am. Early check-in and late check-out are possible at no extra charge, subject to availability.
