This spacious, cozy family house is part of a converted farmhouse on the outskirts of the village of Mary. The house with an outbuilding and the large property are always rented exclusively. The location is suitable for families with small children or two to three couples. The surroundings are rural and quiet. You can enjoy hiking, cycling, swimming in lakes and visiting towns and castles. Or relax on the grounds and enjoy the peace, nature and phenomenal views. The space In the house, there are 2 bedrooms (one downstairs and one upstairs), a bathroom and a living room with wood stove, a kitchen, sitting area and large dining table. The upstairs bedroom has air conditioning. The downstairs bedroom stays cool for a long time due to the meter-thick walls. Directly in front of the house is a small terrace, where you can have a delicious breakfast. In the annex, on the second floor, there is a large common area. In this room, there is an extra sofa bed and a small kitchen, a wood-burning stove and a record player with many French LPs. Adjacent to this space is a large, elevated terrace with a long dining table and an outdoor stove. The terrace has a magnificent view over the hills. At the bottom of the annex there is another sauna and an "outdoor shower" and an extra sink and toilet. Here are also the deck chairs, parasol, a table football game and small children's bicycles etc. In the yard at the bottom of the stairs is the third terrace with a large BBQ. The grounds include: the entire farmyard, the lawn and the orchard with hammock. The family house is part of an old converted farmhouse with a separate annex. The farm contains two houses. You will always rent the house with the separate annex together. The smaller front house at the beginning of the yard is private. In the periods when the family house is rented with outbuilding, the front house will not be in use. So you're in your own private paradise on the spacious grounds. Guest access You rent the whole house together with the separate outbuilding with high terrace, the sauna under the high terrace and the whole property with yard, orchard, vegetable garden and lawn.
