For nature and trekking lovers, we offer a unique experience and structure. Casa ULIVO is nestled in the vineyards and olive groves of the Grimaldi estate, 200 meters above the town of Bessimo Superiore (BS), from which it enjoys a splendid view of the Vallecamonica up to Lake Iseo. CASA ULIVO CAN ONLY BE REACHED ON FOOT OR BY E-BIKE THROUGH A COMFORTABLE UPHILL MULETRACK STARTING FROM BESSIMO. THE TRAVEL TIME IS ABOUT 15/20 MINUTES. The space Each housing unit has a kitchen at your complete disposal equipped with appliances (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher), dishes, pots and pans and a moka pot for coffee. The houses are devoid of any kind of food. It will be your responsibility to take care of the shopping before your arrival (there are several shops and shopping centers in the town from which the mule track starts). CASA ULIVO has: - a kitchen with adjoining dining room and living room on the first floor; - a double bedroom on the second floor; - a bedroom with a bunk bed on the second floor; - a bathroom with a large shower on the second floor. Guest access CASA ULIVO can only be reached on foot via a comfortable mule track that coincides with the 1st stage of the Way of Charlemagne. We provide a luggage transport service at the time of check-in/out and grocery transport, through a cable car used exclusively for the transport of materials. Other things to note From its elevated position with respect to the valley, Casa ULIVO enjoys a splendid view that ranges from Darfo Boario Terme to Lake Iseo. Due to this unique location, overlooking the valley, the outdoor area in front of the house may be affected by the reverberation of the traffic below, especially during peak hours of the day. The interior of the house is completely soundproofed, thus ensuring total relaxation and tranquility for guests during their stay. Casa ULIVO is a perfect solution for sustainable tourism through the use of E-BIKES. It is in fact easily accessible and has a video surveillance garage where you can store and recharge bicycles (presence of electrical outlets). Booking rules: During the year, a reservation with a minimum of 5 days is required. In special periods such as New Year's Eve, a reservation with a minimum of 2 days is required.
