High-quality top apartment on the lake

The apartment is located in a converted barn with restored beams, which make up the special charm. It is located on the Mecklenburg Lake District and is ideal for hiking, fishing, swimming, cycling and boating. Nearby are the fish restaurant "Zur Forelle," a country inn, a fast food restaurant and a café. The surrounding cities, many museums and the monkey and bear forest are within easy reach. The apartment is suitable for couples, globetrotters and business travelers. The space The 2020/2021 completely renovated apartment includes a beautiful natural garden, a lawn with loungers, two terraces with garden furniture and an electric table grill included (on request). For fire protection reasons, only this grill is allowed on our farm. Please do not bring any other grills. In the lower area of the apartment is the kitchen-living room with couch, dining area and internet-enabled smart TV (possibility of using your own accounts from Netflix, Amazon Prime, DAZN, Sky Q, Disney+ etc.). The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, such as a stove, dishwasher, retro fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. Your apartment has free Internet (50 Mbit/s) via LAN or Wi-Fi. A rich information folder and a game collection are at your disposal. The large bathroom with rain shower, toilet and hair dryer is also located on the first floor. The lower floor has underfloor heating and the upper floor is equipped with radiators. On the upper floor there is a small bathroom with toilet and 2 bedrooms. The large bedroom has a double bed with a full topper, a large wardrobe, two nightstands, a comfortable armchair and an internet-enabled smart TV. The second bedroom has a single bed, two nightstands and a LAN connection. Each room has a fly screen. The bedrooms are equipped with pleated blinds and sun and blackout protection. Next door is another separate apartment. This can also be rented for two people if necessary. Both apartments are adults only (16+). Guest access In front of our farmhouse is a green sign that reads: "Ferienwohnung" (vacation home). Please ring the bell there. One of us is always at home. Once you have been greeted by us, drive to the right around the farmstead. There is your video-monitored parking space as well as a covered storage facility for your bike and trailer hitch. There is also a charging option for your e-bike. Other things to note For organizational reasons, your arrival and departure is only possible on Saturdays or Sundays from June 1 to September 30. We do not rent under 7 nights during this time. Since corona, I clean all areas with disinfection after leaving every guest. For the extra effort, I therefore charge you a disinfection fee. This is included in the final cleaning. Otherwise, you as a host will not incur any additional costs. Alt Schwerin has been a recognized tourist resort since 01.04.2024, so the municipality imposes a spa tax. It amounts to €1.00 per guest per day (also arrival and departure days are fully charged). The spa tax must be paid on site on the day of arrival. A laundry package for every guest is free. If more towels are needed, you can rent them for 0.50 / piece.
