Ca Lablanca is a house located in the quiet village of Monells, in the Baix Empordà, characterized by an irresistible medieval setting, one of the most beautiful in Catalonia. You can discover good wines following oenological routes and taste the very renowned local and international cuisine. The cultural and artistic heritage is very rich. The space Ca Lablanca was the old hayloft of a rustic stone farmhouse from the 17th century. In 1983, a renovation was carried out to turn it into a ceramic workshop. In 2018, a second renovation adapted it as a home, as it is now. The house is on a very quiet street in the village. It consists of 2 floors of 25 m2 each, and a terrace of 25 m2, landscaped and furnished, ideal for enjoying the sun in a natural setting. The ground floor is accessed through the terrace. It consists of a living room, kitchen and a small toilet. Going up the stairs you reach the bedroom and dressing room, where the shower and toilet are located.
