A cosy double room in a lovely large 2 bed period flat. Tottenham/NFL Stadium: 10 min walk Drumsheds: 15 min public transport / 8 min drive/30 min walk Meridian Water Studios: 15m public transport /30 min walk / 10 min drive Oxford Circus / Central London: 35 mins public transport Comfortable double bed in a lovely bedroom with drawers and hanging rail, a modern shared bathroom with double shower, large comfy lounge, a separate dining room and garden. Available for longer lets. The space The flat is full of character, with wooden floorboards, original fireplaces, a stained glass window and lots of other lovely features. Its decorated in a cosy and homely way and you have access to all rooms except my bedroom. We have a very large and sunny lounge with a big corner sofa and TV with cable. Large dining room with a table to seat 4 and doors to garden. A kitchen with fridge, washing machine, oven and gas hob. Brand new modern bathroom with double size rain shower and a back garden with small table and chairs. Youll be sharing with me and my cat, occasionally my partner may be around. There's also tonnes of living space, so its perfect for sharing. Other things to note Please note parking is free except on Tottenham Stadium event days. Then I can arrange a permit for you at a cost of around £8 per day.
